Superb comfort in central Seville

Liked: Great beautiful hotel in central Seville, despite high heat outside the room was just right temperature. The room was big, quiet and with a comfy bed. Breakfast was superb as well. Staff service - exceptional.
Disliked: Rooftop pool area was very small and had restaurant tables overlooking it.

Stay here when in Seville

Liked: The staff were superb, they could not have been better, very professional, very helpful and full of local recommendations.They also took note of a birthday during our stay and had some stunning desserts in our room ready for our return, amazing touch!The restaurant, rest areas, pool, terrace, everything, simply a fantastic hotel, we will be back!

Amazing hotel and awesome hospitality

Liked: The location was amazing , 5mins to Tapas & restaurants and 10-15mins to Cathedral & Alcazar. Jerry at reception was amazing and so helpful. The air conditioning in the room was awesome and the room was very clean and comfortable

Superb hotel in a fabulous...

Liked: I loved everything about this hotel, the staff were amazing - really helpful, very poilte etc. The room was perfect for our needs and had a few extra touches that I really liked, a pillow menu, Nespresso machine and silent airconditioning plus comfortable light settings all controlled by a pad on the wall next to the bed. I would certainly stay here again - the central location made walking around the city really easy and breakfast was also superb.
Disliked: There is nothing I didn't like.

The rooms are very nice...

Liked: The hotel was located very close to the city. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: This is a 5 star hotel. I had to request toilet roll for our room on two occasions. The cleaners did not leave anything spare even when there was very little left on the roll. Also the top floor bar / restaurant was very hot and miss. Ordering anything can take a long time to come, if at all. The pool area is not kept very clean and the gym area did not have any water or towels.

Boutique hotel feeling for a...

Liked: Nice personal service. Nice and clean and I loved my balcony with a jacuzzi. It’s not super cheap but for what I got, it’s good value if one can afford a nicer room. Staff were very nice. The roof top restaurant was nicer than I expected but I only had a drink- I regret not having dinner there.
Disliked: Nothing.
