Liked: - Easy check-in process- Liked that the entry to the complex and apartment could be done via an app/online in case you forgot your keys- Kitchen has good equipment that is complementary- Great location for seeing the city.
Disliked: Nothing

Very good

Liked: The hotel is located in the center of Rotterdam, the check in is quite easy with their digital procedure. The room itself was very comfy and nicely decorated.
Disliked: Only bad thing I can say is that there were silverfish in the room because the room was located in the basement. I know they are not harmful but I couldn’t sleep comfortably knowing that there were insects near the bed.

Liked: Was well located, clean and cosy, the common room with coffee machine was good.
Disliked: Staff were a little weird entering the room without putting the sign up, bring towels and never toilet paper

Liked: Modern, clean, well priced & conveniently located.

Very good

Liked: Nice bed, cute layout, and we couldn't hear other guests nor outside noise, which was very pleasant.
Disliked: A little old and there was a dirty cup with a tea bag by the bed next to the window, which I guess wasn't seen by the cleaners. Otherwise, for the price in the city centre, it was great.

Disliked: Bathroom mirror light doesn't turn Off.Only one blanket for two people.

Liked: Stylish and comfortable. Great Location. Very handy shared kitchen to have breakfast with free tea coffees and access to a fridge Great if you have a kid.
Disliked: The only thing missing was a recycle bin! The pillows were a bit big for us but the bed was comfy.
