Liked: I really liked the staff at the hotel and at the Boston pizza they are all so nice.
Disliked: Hotel dosnt offer breakfast in the morning Pool is very tiny and can get very loud if you have sensitive ears I would recommend not going to the pool area They have a sheet on the flying bed in the pool area that they didn’t change over night into the morning Beds omg how uncomfortable I was in the double queen bed but the pillows wherent that bad and the room didn’t have a good smell to it There was kids running all over the hotel screaming most of the time !!! Not to ideal

Liked: The hot tub area...pool...loungers. kitchenette was basic but was functional.
Disliked: On arrival had to switch rooms for accessibility (four flights stairs with no elevator to bring up all gear). Switched room 2nd time as had no kitchen.Third room stayed due to frustration but had no windows. Pool area dated and in need of upgrades. Hotel halls smell like wet carpet...dank.

Liked: The staff were helpful.
Disliked: We did not like the first room that we got. We then received a room in the main building. It had a refrigerator that was noisy, no drapes, and curtains that I had to clip together to keep the light out so that we could sleep in the dark. After the second night I put out the door hanger to ask that our our room be cleaned, clean towels, etc. When we got back to the room in the evening nothing had been done because I was also supposed to have told the front desk.
