Liked: We were in town for the Tour de Ille Bike event. The location was perfect. A short bike ride away.
Disliked: It was OK - the price was a bit much for the quality of the hotel. You are paying for the location. Its the type of place that you'd expect to have breakfast included - but it doesn't.

Liked: Bed was comfortabel
Disliked: Room door lock day by day was not working. I lost daily 20 min. to get my room open It was a drama! Old system..Only few, slow elevator, lot of waiting time to go up/down.

Liked: Pool was super warm. Free parking was great.
Disliked: Double beds were small. I am used to queen beds. Pillows need an upgrade and mattresses were not the best. Need to ask 24 hrs in advance for housekeeping services.

Liked: Location was great near the metro and the Olympic park The staff were friendly and very helpful.Big room and nice renovated bathroom.
Disliked: I think I spent more time waiting for the elevator than in my room.The outdoor pool wasn't open yet even though it was the May long weekend and almost 30 degrees.Noisy.

Great stay! Will definitely return...

Liked: Great customer service, was able to get early check in, very clean hotel and rooms, nothing was run down or broken, and loved that the checkout was only at 12pm!
