Liked: Great location, spacious room, easy access to everything in the old town,hotel staff is helpful with warm welcome.
Disliked: Pillow is too soft and no support function. Isolation is not good at all, can hear upstairs walking, showering, guests walking cross doors. breakfast choice was limited and out of options around 0930, however you can order 4 warm dishes.

Beautiful, clean and very close...

Liked: Very spacious room. Big bed, huge television. Automatic blinds. Bathroom was extremely clean with great decor.
Disliked: The is no bar inside the hotel.

Accommodating staff, perfect location and...

Liked: The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything with a carrefour express just on the other side of the street. The adjacent restaurant served delicious food that I really recommend to try.The room was very good when it came to the soundproofing and the climate, there was no noise at all from outside and the AC kept the room in a comfortable temperature.The staff was very well accommodating, we arrived around 2AM and there was no issue at all to check in with the 24/7 staffed reception.
Disliked: The WiFi was a bit spotty, got disconnected from time to time in the room which also caused issue with the chromecast.

Liked: Staff were nice, great location.
Disliked: Pillows were not great, climate control in room didn't work well, room was freezing cold at night, could hear everything happening outside on the street including vehicles, they left a survey to fill out in the room, but no pen. Too expensive for what was provided.

Wonderful stay in a perfect...

Liked: While we didn't have breakfast, we were able to get wonderful coffee each morning and before our departure in the breakfast area. The staff was always gracious and helpful. We had a service dog with us who was graciously welcomed by the staff. We were in Krakow during perhaps the hottest part of the summer and the air conditioning was perfect! Our room and the hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The location in the center of the old town was perfect for our visit.
Disliked: We have nothing bad to say about the hotel, the staff or the hotel location. We plan to stay at the Hotel Unicus Palace on our next visit.
