Great price great place very...

Liked: Perfectly placed boutique hotel in the middle of the old town. Very clean and spacious room, good value for money.

Perfect stay

Liked: Perfect location, reception very helpful with information requests. 10/10 experience, and Krakow is amazing. Room was very clean and had a beautiful design, bathroom was very tidy and had lots of supplies.
Disliked: Shower design took a little getting used to, the wet room style is strange and feels like you're flooding the bathroom after every shower.

Very good

Liked: When I arrived at the hotel they could not find my reservation. After providing all data and some discussion I was told that the reservation was cancelled by mistake. They were fully booked and upgraded me to Unicus Palace hotel. The Palace was great but it was a not so nice experience at first.
