Liked: The staff here are the friendliest and most helpful we could have asked for. Roberto, Eduardo and Jorge made such a special effort for us I couldn't be more grateful as they helped our honeymoon start off on the right foot after our original flight was cancelled. Thank you so much. Every single member of staff we interacted with was so friendly, helpful and welcoming.The room itself was lovely, always a delight to come back to after a busy day exploring CDMX, we had the best time!

Liked: Despite being located in the bustling centre of Mexico City, the hotel feels calm and tucked away from the noise – thanks in part to the excellent soundproofing of the windows and balcony doors. The staff are outstanding: always welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. And the food at the on-site restaurant? Simply superb.
