Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff, checking in after reception hours is not a problem and overall very smooth. Very safe and secure night facility. Room very clean. Parking facilities available behind secure gate.
Disliked: Room did not have tea and coffee facilities which would have been nice. Was not easy to figure out how to open parking gate from inside the parking facility but got there in the end - need to pull red button instead of push. For some reason hall light went on when turning on the bathroom light causing other family members to wake up.

Very enjoyable and relaxed stay...

Liked: The room was clean and fresh and the beds changed daily. The facilities were excellent. The breakfast choices were fantastic. The fresh fruit, yoghurts, deli, pastries etc were in big supply. The breakfast area was lovely with a nice, relaxed ambience. It is on a quiet street on the outskirts of Cologne and is also near public transport. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. My son and I had a very comfortable and relaxed stay. This hotel represents excellent value for money. I'm very surprised it's only a 3 star.
Disliked: Nothing. If I choose Cologne for a short break in the future, I will not hesitate to stay here.
