Incredible location and room.

Liked: The location was very central so was great for seeing the local attractions.The room was very comfortable and had all the necessary amenities.All the staff were friendly and they let us leave our bags after checking out which was a huge help to us.

Good for couples

Liked: Nicely decorated room, clean, easy to access, mini toiletries, very nice reception staff that met all our expectations. Breakfast was good, not a huge variety, but the breakfast space is pretty small compared to other hotels so it was expected. The receptionist offered very accurate information about exchange offices, attractions and other things. Also, the hotel is in the heart of the city's old center.
Disliked: The closed air of the room when we entered. It felt like it wasn't aired even though we kept the window open throughout our stay. Also, we asked for a twin bed room and we were offered a single bed, which made things uncomfortable. We received a standard message at the time of the booking that they cannot promise to offer twin beds , but they'll make efforts in that regard, yet when we arrived, we were not informed we weren't going to receive a room with twin beds. It felt like they didn't make any effort in that direction.

Liked: This hotel is perfectly situated as it is literally 30 seconds from the main square. We were there at Easter so there were Easter Markets on. Our room faced the front and was absolutely massive. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. We always went back to the bar for a drink at night and the barman (I forget his name) was lovely. He recommended wines and put music on that he thought we would like. Rina was also lovely and we hope she has a lovely wedding this year. Our daughter lives in Prague so we will be back regularly and we wouldn’t go to any other hotel now.
Disliked: Another pillow each would have been nice.

Liked: The staff at the Reception were excellent, professional and very helpful especially Mrs Teresa, Mrs Vlasta and Miss Māša in the breakfast room and they really make a difference.Breakfast was nice and Miss Māša’s service and delicious cakes made it enjoyable The hotel’s location is excellent and food at the The Thai restaurant was excellent
Disliked: The toilet though very clean but smelt bad and the Reception sent the cleaning lady who cleaned it again. The walls are not sound proof , I could hear the gentleman snoring in the room next to me!The bed was a bit too small.
