Awesome Stay! Can’t say enough...

Liked: The location, The old world charm. Our room was so special. The rooftop bar was one of our favorite locations and The down stairs bar was the very best experience! So special. Hotel reception desk was helpful and kind. We loved it very much
Disliked: We have no complaints except A/C was not very cold. We were comfortable tho

A great place to stay....

Liked: Breakfast was great. Location of the Hotel was superb. As our room was on the side of the town square, we could hear the noise of party revellers in the evening, particularly on the Saturday night. It was a bit quiter on the Monday.
Disliked: Nothing particular. Great Location and a very historical building.

Superb location and old world...

Liked: Superb location, right on Prague’s main square and opposite the renowned astronomical clock. The rooftop bar/restaurant has superb views over the square and city. The hotel is decorated and a slightly over-the-top, but appealing, faux baroque style. Good breakfast included.
Disliked: The shower is over the bath. The step into the bath is quite large and the bath quite slippery, with no grab rail available. We laid a hand towel in the bath while having a shower, to provide a non-slip surface. Also, it would be good to have some extra shelving, to store toiletry bags. Mine ended up living on the bathroom floor.

Beautiful place, the hotel was...

Liked: The location, staff in the breakfast area and bar area were all friendly. The food at breakfast time was good, the staff accommodated us to the other dining room as the room was too warm near the food. The man who showed us round the facilities in our room during check in was very helpful - carrying our luggage and showing us the safe etc. The taxi we used when leaving was efficient and ready immediately.
Disliked: The receptionist one night was a little unhelpful and rude, but all the other staff were helpful.

Disappointment

Liked: 1. Location2. Comfort3. Bathroom
Disliked: 1. People from reception and the welcoming committee are not empathic at all 2. What was supposed to be a plus, the restaurant on the terrace, was actually a disadvantage.The restaurant is on the 4th floor of the hotel and is served by a single elevator, shared with the hotel guests.For example, 4 roads for the restaurant and only one for the hotel

Hotel U Prince, Prague review

Liked: Room was amazing with a real quality feeling to it. Location is perfect as it's right on the square, but we weren't disturbed by any noise. Breakfast was okay. Black Angel Bar and the roof terrace were amazing.
Disliked: Breakfast was okay but not all of it is geared towards English visitors. We only ate the hot food on day one and then stuck to pastries and fruit.

Liked: Location was perfect.Breakfast was a let down.
Disliked: Breakfast was not what I consider 5 Star.One coffee machine that only filled half of the cups provided.Juice warm and not filled regularly.Breakfast room too small for the amount of people using it.
