Disliked: Bed needed a new mattress.Breakfast poor. Bread stale. Hot food cold.We were overcharged. We were given the wrong room. Inspite of requesting lift access hotel was not honest about the number of stairs.

Liked: Amiable and patient staff.Very comfy beds.Wonderful sauna and swimming pool.The breakfast was very good (fruits, vegetables, pancakes, eggs, bacon, breads,... All was there). Parking right in front of the hotel for 200 Kč/day (don't forget to reserve a spot while you're booking to make sure you can park there).
Disliked: The coffee at breakfast could have been better

A very good place to...

Liked: The hotel is probably the best in Hradec. The staff customer-facing staff all speak very good English and are very helpful. The cleaning staff are very helpful. In winter the hotel is warm. The breakfast comprises a good buffet including hot food of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, pancakes. There is a fridge in the room. An iron and ironing board is available from reception.
Disliked: There are no facilities for making tea/coffee in the rooms - this is a gap by today's standards.
