Liked: A lovely hotel and great value for money, being west of the river, but with all the sights of the old town within easy walking distance, or a short ride from the tram stop right outside the front door. Despite being on a busy road, which had the advantage of a great choice of cafes and restaurants, our 2 room suite looked on to an inner courtyard, with no traffic noise. The rooms were comfortable, clean and air conditioned, with a free mini bar fridge (beer and water) and an en suite with a walk-in wet room shower. Breakfast, included in the price, offered a wide selection. The hotel staff were very accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage after check-out while we continued sightseeing.
Disliked: Nothing. I loved this hotel.

Great location, only ten minute...

Liked: Good location. Staff were brilliant and so helpful.
Disliked: The shower was a hand held shower head with no shower curtain so showering took skill and patience.

Disappointing

Liked: Hotel has great location. Near the tram station and you can get karluv most, old town etc. by walking. Hotel owner and all staff except one are very kind, friendly and helpful people.
Disliked: Toilet bowl of our room was dirty. When i told the issuue to the miss(brunette one) at the reception, she did not take care at all. She was not problem solver person. Then i told this situation to the hotel owner he immediately took care of the matter and fixed the situation. On the other hand it was said on the booking page that breakfast was great but it was disappoitment too. The sponge mattress was very uncomfortable. It should be replaced an orthopedic one.
