Liked: Great value and super friendly staff, we had a great chat upon our arrival. The location is also nice, as there is a great pizzeria right around the corner which is open on Sundays, so food is always close.
Disliked: Room was a bit hot, however we were provided with a good fan immediately as we arrived

Psychological harm and mental shock...

Disliked: Addressing Insults from the Owner:We received an insult from the owner, likely referring to us as 'Pigs,' even though we checked out as clean as when we arrived. Our busy schedule during the IPM Essen prevented us from tidying up every day during our stay. Additionally, we placed paper and plastics in the bin in the room, not outside in the hallway. I believe her request is not the common norm. If they expect a higher standard, it should be clearly stated as a rule on Booking.com. Moreover, they should inform guests upon check-in if this is their policy. However, being insulted in such a manner, likened to a pig, is completely unacceptable.
