Good

Liked: The location food and cost the onside car park was a must as no street parking available.
Disliked: The air conditioning failed in main building but the rooms were ok. The swimming pool area was very old and outdated. The building is in need of major renovation including the rooms. The bar shut down for drinks and food at 4 or 6pm dependingon what day of week it was..

Liked: It is a couple of blocks from the beach
Disliked: They were short staffed most days, so you couldn’t get all amenities. Also the ac went out our last two nights and the general manager still has not replied to my email about compensation for not having ac. They for some reason did some maintenance and when they did guess what, it didn’t work after that….

Liked: Location is great!!! The idea of the hotel decoration is great!!!
Disliked: The idea of the hotel decoration is great, but it is too far to European hotels. Not sure why, there is kitchen in the room, but not any dining table. So, you have to just stay or lay on the bed to eat. Not sure, why most of the hotels do not like to provide great service even if it’s 3 start hotel. And people usually give great reviews, because they did not see other hotels outside of the USA and think current hotel it is fine for this price. So hotels do not do anything to improve for many years.

Liked: The location is perfect, you can be in 5 min on the beach. Interior design is in Retro Still that pass to Miami. There is Parking and small swimming pool with very nice relaxation zone.
Disliked: There is very stark smell of mold in the building and in the room. You cannot open the window. The shower place is higher than the rest of the floor, so the water after shower stay in the bathroom and the room. On photos the hotel look relly nice, but in reality is not so good, for that price that should be renovated...but it is South Beach...
