Room did not meet expectations...

Liked: Nice location, good spacious rooms, friendly staff
Disliked: I had booked a superior room with a patio (or so did the pictures show), but instead got a room with a very small terrace with limited view. Should be more precise with room details

The perfect hotel to stay...

Liked: The perfect hotel in Miami Perfect location, large rooms, super nice heated pool in the middle of palm trees, honestly I loved every point of it. Very chill and polite staff. It’s perfect if you want a good standing hotel without going to a super expensive one.

Liked: The garden and the pool, though the pool is quite small it was fine for our kids needs. Design of the hotel and how it was kept preserved.good beds and pillows. Our room had a nespresso machine for coffee making. Good coffee at the lobby.
Disliked: Our room was Rome and firstly it was swiped not too cleaned. The bathroom has a separate sink outside which is the same place where you prepare some food. The alarm was blinking blue every 30seconds at night. Do not keep any bags next to the fridge - we did and cleaning stuff threw away a whole bag of groceries from wholefoods without asking. Swimming pool areas chairs and sofas definitely need washing as all was coverd i huge stains.

Liked: Pool close, near the beach
Disliked: Music playing from 7 am to 10 pm daily. All doors open without use of room card meaning door to outside pool and side door did not have a functioning security system

Good vibes and great atmophere

Liked: Loved the staff who were so helpful. Lobby and outdoor lounge were great. Pool was heated in Jan which was a nice touch. Water pressure in the shower was great, room was spacious with great decor. Citibike station right outside was helpful to tool around the island on a bike.
Disliked: Bed was comfy but too soft for me (not a deal breaker).

Disliked: Strong smell of perfume in the corridors. A little dated corridors and entrance hall.
