Hotel Trinite Haussmann

Very satisfied.

Liked: Location was convenient to take transit. Restaurants and grocery nearby. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Eating area was nice and not crowded. We ate around 8:30am. Other people come around 9:30am. Comfortable bed. Enough space for all 4 people in a room. Bathroom was not cramped.
Disliked: It could have been better of there were available hooks to hang clothes for changing.

Liked: The interior was stylish, and the breakfast was very good. The location was excellent, my room was clean, and housekeeping came every day. Most of the staff were friendly, talkative, and helpful.
Disliked: Room service was advertised as included but was not actually available. One staff member, the woman who welcomed me, was cold, rude, and made me feel uncomfortable. Several services and amenities had extra charges that weren’t mentioned on the booking site. Overall, the value for money was poor — I paid a lot and don’t feel it was worth the price.

Liked: The hotel room and bathroom were larger than the average hotel I have stayed in during previous trips to Paris. The location was two train stops from the Eurostar. It's in a quiet location but a vibrant and easy neighbourhood

Nice hotel good value but...

Liked: Room was nicely decorated & bathroom was very clean The handwash & shower gel were also lovely
Disliked: Pillows were awful!!!! Like balls of cotton wool inside. Never experienced anything like them Also it was so noisy - our room was 113 at the lift, could hear people all the time plus could hear footsteps upstairs, noise in other rooms & hallways. I sleep with earplugs & was woken many many times! Could even hear ambulance passing with earplugs in & windows closed Disappointing water was not provided daily when room was cleaned
