Very good

First time for everything!!

Liked: It was warm, 6 bunk beds all females. On arrival only 2 of us in the room at the time. Nice friendly chat and introductions.
Disliked: Room is cramped 6 bunk beds all crammed together. I contacted them early to say I would be arriving late due to late flight. Could I please have a bottom bunk. Yes they said. On arrival I was given a top bunk and said sorry all booked out. Really!!!! 1 toilet & shower in our cramped room to share for all 6 of us. I got up as soon as the sun rose, to have a shower. I was quiet but got complaints from one of the young ones who got back to the room after I fell asleep after midnight.. sleeping on the bottom bunk... REALLY!!!

Disliked: "My experience at this hotel was extremely bad. The hotel is not neat , and the unpleasant musty water smell fills the room. Additionally, the cleaning staff creates constant noise with the equipment and talks loudly on the phone in the hotel corridors, making the stay here very disturbing and uncomfortable. Moreover, the prices are very high compared to the poor services provided. The rooms are very small to the point that movement inside them is restricted. The pictures on the website are misleading, and the reality is completely different. They did not agree to cancel the booking and refund my money, claiming that my reservation was non-refundable, which forced me to check out without completing my stay or getting my money back. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this place."

Liked: We selected hotel due to location. Rooms were clean.
Disliked: Rooms were decent, but with very small window and far below what we expected for the value that we paid.

Very good

Liked: We needed to stay somewhere near the Sants station, and this place is perfect. Really nicee and friendly staff, too.

My stay was fantastic

Liked: The staff were incredibly accommodating, switching my room to a double bed without hesitation.

This hotel was fine for just one but we wouldnt stay any longer.

Liked: The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet & peaceful.
Disliked: It was very dark & rather unwelcoming.
