Liked: The location was fantastic. Very centrally located with many nice restaurants nearby. Erwin at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful! He made our stay go smoothly and booked us a taxi in advance when he heard we had an early flight. I would stay here again.

Great stay. Would definitely come...

Liked: The rooms were a good size for the centre of Paris and the price. Shower room was clean. Products used there was Occitane! Breakfast was good. Not a big spread but sufficient. Staff were extremely helpful and a shout out to Sofiane. Super friendly and funny! He gives you chocolates every day.
Disliked: Housekeeping doesn’t replenish the bathroom products but if you ask at reception they will give you some.

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Touraine Opera from 18–22 June 2025. The highlight of our experience was the exceptional customer service — the front desk staff and the team at breakfast were consistently warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with charming interiors that offer a truly Parisian feel. Its location is also perfect — just a short walk from the Opéra, Galeries Lafayette, and Montmartre. Everything about our stay was delightful, and we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Paris!

Liked: Location was great as well as friendly stuff
Disliked: It’s definitely not a 4-star hotel. The interior is very dated, and the hallways, as well as the room itself, had an unpleasant smell. It just felt old and musty, even though everything was as clean as it could possibly be. I felt it was very overpriced and wouldn’t stay again.
