Liked: Staff were very helpful and informative - and obliging when we needed an early breakfast to catch an early flight. Also when the bathroom door needed fixing, it was done immediately and they were soooo apologetic.

Simply extraordinary

Liked: We loved the hotel atmosphere a lot. Enjoyed the small things that you can”t find in other hotels. The location is great, walking distance to a many interesting places. We enjoyed great breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended to anyone that is looking for sonething stylish and special.

Liked: I liked that I was able to communicate with Belen in Spanish. Was a little frustrating my visit to Paris because residents are not too fluent in English or Spanish and I don't know French. So, communicating with Belen was nice. At night, Erwin and Coffrey were great host. Both communicate excellent in English and both went out of their way to accommodate any request.
Disliked: At breakfast there is nobody to communicate in English or Spanish. The lady hosting didn't even know the numbers for the room number information and requested I give her the information in French
