The facilities were good but...

Liked: Location was very good and the staff were very pleasant
Disliked: Very poor facilities, the vessels supplied for making a cup of tea were very poor the cups were the size of a thimble and only 2 tea bags were allocated per day with not even a complimentary biscuit supplied the shower leaked very badly so the floor was sopping. The room was extremely small although very clean, we travel quite a lot so it was not good value for money And having to pay for parking on top of accommodation price was not ideal. We would be very reluctant to stay at Hotel Totto in the future

Work, Work Work

Liked: Great little spot to sleep. I had the basic group but it’s just enough.. and the rooms reflect the price as it should.
Disliked: Rooms could be accessed as there is no security on elevators. It’s a non issue as the building is secure it’s just something I prefer. Also found the rooms to be a little cold and aircon isn’t the greatest but these are not concerns to not go just personal opinion

Won’t rush back

Liked: Convenient location close to shops, easy to find, check in and out was easy and fast, staff were pleasant.
Disliked: Quite expensive for the quality of accommodation (similar to an updated budget type property with slightly larger bathroom than the usual moulded cubicle style), very noisy due to proximity to city and police station in the same block, AC so loud had to turn off overnight as cutting in and out constantly disrupted sleep, late check in (3pm) inconvenient. Be prepared for additional $25 charge for overnight parking. Also booked through third party and was charged $399 (2 bdrm for family of 3-2A/1C 17yrs) for a 1 night stay then found the same room type as ours available to book on the day for $327 but property unable to price match due to Nikki g through a third party and Booking.com unwilling to price match.
