Liked: The location was good and the room had ac.
Disliked: I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately, the room was not clean when I arrived. The bathroom toilet was not sealted, i found a dirty towel left from the last guest. It didn’t feel like the room had been properly cleaned or checked before my check-in.Then we found many ants on the floor ... for the price we paid , we did not even get breakfast included .

Liked: I always go for 4 stars and never less, if I find some great deal I will opt for 5 stars as well but rarely below 4. Said that this is one of the worse hotels I've stayed. With the exception of the hygiene which was good to be fair everything else was disaster
Disliked: With the exception of the hygiene everything else was disaster breakfast selection (there was no food, I didn't have breakfast despite I paid for it), quality of food (the fruit basket was full of fruit rotten, they were there who knows since when and for the 3 days I sayed despite I reported they were still there), even coffee was disgrace which is something no one can mistake, the easiest thing everyone makes it righr in Italy is coffee but this one was disaster, staff was total disaster, when I checked in I asked for parking area they said they have no parking, and when asked if they knew any EV car charging point they said the don't know any, after speaking to another staff I discovered they have both parking and EV charge, there was no mini bar in the room and fridge was broken, at 42 degrees temp outside. I reported all of these along with the rotten fruit which I brought into reception as sample, it was like I didn't even exist, they were all indifferent and had no interest in what I reported.
