Located in the heart of the city 656 feet from Saint Stephen's Cathedral and close to Vienna's exclusive shopping streets Hotel Topazz & Lamée offers modern design and free high-speed WiFi access. The property consists of 2 hotels across the road from one another. The nonsmoking rooms are decorated in an exclusive style and furnished with custom-made furniture. The modern and spacious bathrooms are equipped with mahogany and marble elements. A TV with satellite and Sky channels is a further feature and a mini-bar is also available in each room (at a surcharge). Definable not 5stars!!!

Liked: The location is perfect
Disliked: Is more like 3stars, outdated! Is not the case to imagine that is 5stars, is so far away from this. Maybe was 5* -10y ago, but for today is in between of 3 to max 4stars. The staff is nice, the location perfect, good cleaning. But they need refurbishment, a lighter entrance. A lot of things yo improve!

Disliked: The hotel is split into 2 buildings : reception at Topazz building with small lobby We slept at another building with no lobby : look like apartment building to be renewed as hotel

Would highly recommend!

Liked: Great location, nice and comfortable room. Very silent and great blackouts and air conditioning. Some reviews mention long wait for the lift which wasn’t the case for us. The roof top bar is lovely and cozy with some beautiful views.

Our stay in Vienna was...

Liked: Prime Location.
Disliked: Cleanliness was poor in the room since arrival. Situation has not improved after requesting the room being cleaned several times. The room size was way smaller than advertised (23m2).
