Disliked: The room was a very bad smell and the staff very unhelpe and they are not good at welcoming, especially the one on front desk he's really very rude and the bed in the red room so uncomfortable. And the pelows so old and smelly .

Liked: We loved the property. The view and location were amazing.
Disliked: Windows needed some cleaning, we booked one of the most expensive rooms with view to cathedral and had bird poop on our windows the whole time

Liked: The hotel did an unexpected upgrade to the Suite which was spectacular- with a great view, on the highest level, right below the rooftop bar. It was not noticeable in the room, yet so close we had to try it out- and it was also spot on. The location is great, just a 5 minute walk to most of the attractions.
