Hotel Tivoli

Nice and clean

Liked: Good location for us, easy to get to the stadion by tram. Clean and comfortable room. Bathroom seemed recently renovated (deluxe room for 3ppl). Breakfast was good. Receptionist on arrival nice and helpful.
Disliked: No AC! Beds a little stiff. Also, the pillows were sort of empty haha. A bit noisy: traffficed road with tram/streetcar outside.

Come on England !

Liked: Right on the number 2 tram in to Zurich. Every 10 minutes. Great breakfast and rooms clean. We stayed here a week for the Ladies Euro football and it was ideal. A tip is that you buy the Zurich Card travel pass as its worth the money. Lots of places to eat on the route in to Zurich too. Supermarkets 100 yards up the road and various restaurants in the town. The bar opposite the hotel has good basic burgers and pizza etc. It was hot when we stayed and the hotel has NO air conditioning but we left windows open to cool us down. Great basic hotel.
Disliked: Not a lot to be honest. Air conditioning would be a bonus. Everything else was fine.

Superb

One night stay in Zurich...

Liked: Clean and comfortable room, breakfast included , able to make hot drinks in room
Disliked: No air con and very hot. Electric fan was in room so helped a little but still unpleasantly hot.

Passable

Disliked: While taking a shower, I noticed that the drainage was blocked, and water wasn't draining properly. As a result, when I opened the bathroom door, water spilled onto the carpet in the room, which was quite unpleasant.Additionally, I found that there was no trash can in the toilet, and the flush (sachet d'eau) was not strong enough — I had to use it multiple times to flush properly.I wanted to bring these issues to your attention, as they impacted my comfort during the stay. I hope they can be addressed for future guests.

Liked: Good location for a business trip to Schlieren.Clean.
Disliked: No air condition. Over 30 degrees Celsius in a tiny room and you cannot really open the windows as other buldings are just opposite.

Liked: Close proximity to the football ground Friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere.cleanliness of the hotel
Disliked: How close the trams are to the hotel

Exactly what we needed

Liked: As others had said it was basic, but was clean and beds very comfortable
Disliked: The lack of AC in a hotel is very off putting, they do provide a fan in the room but in 2025 not having ac in a hotel is strange
