Liked: 1 Warm reception. Hotel staff are kind and polite, which count a lot. All request promptly answered.2 Water fountain to fill up bottles. Grateful in such a hot weather. 3 Room was very quiet and comfortable.
Disliked: Some serious cleaning was demanded.1 As we entered the room, we immediately notice black smears on the wooden floor. It won't be difficult to scrape them off. Also it seemed there had been no serious vacuum job for few days under the bed. Lot of fluffy dusts were visible.2 In bathroom sink we found blond hair dangling 3 There was a big black cut visible on the ceiling paper. It was pity because other than these few problems the hotel was quite new and clean
