Disliked: The staff at the reception did not succeed to arrange a proper taxi or uber transfer to the airport for us. We had to pay a very expensive fee because the vehicle provided by Hotel was unnecessarily large and luxurious. We are very disappointed.

Liked: Very good location. Walk to Arc of Triumphant in 5 to 10 minutes. Facility is old but in decent condition. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Liked: The hotel was adequate. It was a high price to pay for the room but realise we were in the heart of Paris which is where we needed to be.
Disliked: Lighting. The shower door couldn’t open out fully.

It was a pleasant stay...

Liked: The location was great, right next to Arc de Triomphe! It was a great pleasure to commute from here as the metro was very close by and you could easily take a walk by Champs Elysees. It was surrounded by cafes, McDonalds, we had a very nice Korean restaurant just on the other side of the hotel. Stuff was absolutely great and helpful!
Disliked: The room was smaller than what I anticipated but it was still very clean and comfy. The only unpleasency we had was thin walls (we heard one specific couple having exceptionally good time for about a good hour
