A very pleasant stay at...

Liked: It was a short walk from the train station and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: No air conditioning although they provided a fan.

Extremely warm loud room disappointed

Liked: The staff are very friendly and it is located right opposite the metro.
Disliked: THE HEAT! We were put on a ground floor room and the heat was awful there is no air con and we couldn’t keep the windows open as we had a ground floor room and it was extremely loud with people passing by also if we kept the windows open people could have thrown stuff in. I don’t think I slept a minute here

Liked: Great location, near central station. Nice staff, clean rooms.
Disliked: We were visiting during heat wave so room was quite warm at night. Fan helped. Felt quite safe for being so close to train station, but wouldn’t feel too comfortable walking that area much after dark.

Pleasant

Liked: The staff were accommodating when we had issues with the room.
Disliked: We had a plugged shower drain that flooded our bathroom, so we were unable to shower for more than a minute at a time. The staff was not able to fix the shower drain until the following day, and told us they would not be able to move us to another room while our shower was flooding. The noise from people leaving the bar was incredibly loud every night until about 3am. If we shut the windows it was slightly quieter, but it made the room very hot.
