At 4:40 pm the room...

Liked: Breakfast
Disliked: I was there at 4:40 pm and the room was not ready, at the front desk the personal is rude. No customer service at all.

A great location in Centro

Liked: Room was very good, staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is safe, comfortable and breakfast was included in our booking. The hotel is just off the main avenue, so you're able to walk out from the reception and be safe to visit local bars and restaurants.
Disliked: There is a nightclub/bar at the rear so ask for a quiet room - we didn't have any issues though.

Overall great stay

Liked: Clean rooms. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Breakfast cold from 10-11am. It was warm when I got there at 9:30. But afterwards around 10, it got cold.
