She ruined my birthday stay

Liked: Place is the best in all clean , great place usually all staff are the best but one bad thing is to have a bad customer server from a specific staff member Perla she is the black seed in this place would love to speak to management asap if possible!!!!
Disliked: Place is the best in all clean place but one bad thing is to have a bad customer server from a specific staff member I been a customer there for several years and never been treated so degraded like that day be a staff member her name is Perla I need managers to contact me asap
