Exceptional

Liked: We absolutely loved this hotel. The man on reception was lovely and very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in an amazing situation between the cathedral and the basilica and our room had a balcony which overlooked both. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
Disliked: Nothing. We loved it here.
