Great location, comfy rooms, nice...
Liked: The bed was extremely comfortable, the location was ideal for exploring and the facilities in the hotel were also good. We also enjoyed the free wine hour - a nice touch and a good way to save some $$$ in a very expensive city!
Disliked: The cleanliness of our room was mostly OK but there were multiple hairs on the ceiling of our bathroom and in the shower, which was a shame. It also would've been good to have a kettle in the room since we don't drink coffee.

Liked: Great location, friendly staff, old school vibe, love the flexibility of hang out areas. All in all we would look forward to staying there again

Great location if you're attending...
Liked: I arrived early in the morning after a long 17+ hour flight and the staff were happy to accommodate my early check-in request. The room and toilet were also very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable and I like that they had adequate electrical plugs/USB outlets around the room and an ironing board.Location-wise, this hotel can't be beat if you're attending an event at the Seattle Convention Center, with less than a 5 min walk door to door. The famous Pike Place Market, Target and many eateries are also within a 10-20 mins walk from the hotel.
Disliked: The room was a little small and all I had was a tiny round table that was barely big enough to put a laptop on. Since I was traveling for work, I would've been great for the room to have a proper desk or at least a larger table.Also, be warned that they don't do daily room service like most other hotels, though this was not that big of a deal for me. I do wish that they had paid more attention to the amount of shower gel left in the dispensers during the last room service as the one in my room ran low on my last night there.Finally, do check your bill carefully AND online credit card statement upon check out. The hotel accidentally double-charged me for one of the nights and I didn't realize this until days later. They were finally able to resolve the issue by issuing me a refund after 2 weeks but I could have done without the stress as they take a long time to reply to messages over Booking.com and the refund took almost 2 weeks to reflect on my credit card statement.
