Wish that the hotel van could be used for taking guests to the Tacoma Dome - most in the hotel were in for the show and the taxis were expensive and so was the parking at 40 dollars.

Liked: Nice clean room; staff was very helpful; good breakfast; pool and hot tub was clean; also small gym to work out; so much for so little.
Disliked: Lots of restaurants across the street, but no crosswalk.

Horrible and very disappointing!

Liked: They provided a continental breakfast which was ok.
Disliked: They are converting the hotel rooms to apartments so we were in a construction zone. We couldn’t stay there during the day unless you like listening to banging of hammers, etc… there was no pool, no workout room, nothing! The people working the front desk did not care about our concerns whatsoever. On top of this they couldn’t give us a statement when we checked out and found on our bank statement they charged us four times the same amount for who knows what. They said it was erroneous and will credit us but who knows! We feel we should be credited the whole amount for the hotel because they did not advertise that they were under construction and they had no amenities do to construction and conversion to apartments!

Disliked: Prepaid for a hotel room and then drove 4 hours only to be told folks under 25 cannot reserve a room. The front desk person couldn’t even give me an explanation as to why that was. I’m over 21 and stayed there before no problem but now all of a sudden there’s an issue. Will not be returning.

Liked: You guys said I could have a refund. But I never got it. I booked through booking.com and they said they sent you guys an email for confirmation that you guys will refund me. You guys haven’t responded to them. May 31st-June 1st. Kaleb Albinana-Lee. You guys said I could have refund, due to the fact I wasn’t even able to stay because I’m only 18.
Disliked: It’s been a month and still haven’t gotten a refund. You guys also still haven’t answered booking.com

Disliked: Was over pirced for the Two nights, that being said, There was absolutely no warm water for a shower, it was 100 percent cold both days. Even after letting the water run for 10 minutes.. Bedding smellt like they had been left in the washer for a day or two before being dried!.We also wernt given the wifi password!During booking there was no info on the pool being closed do to renovation, the free breakfast wasn't really breakfast, it was a waffle machine, and a fee other school lunch items. With the price of the hotel being so high, you think they would have organized seating for the people snacking on the breakfast!
