Liked: Clean and comfortable rooms with nice and simple design. Location is great, a short walk to Bergmannstrasse.

Liked: The facilities and rooms were fantastic
Disliked: It is quite far away from most of Berlin attractions. It is close to an overground railway station though.

Liked: Loved the outdoor area, playground and spa facilities

Everything seemed a little 'off'...

Liked: Excellent shower, comfy beds and pillows and a modern room.
Disliked: We had to ask for a second coffee mug for the room and soap/hand wash upon our arrival. Our room was made up the second day but the coffee was not refilled or the complimentary water. This seemed to depend upon whoever made up the room as the third day these miraculously were replaced. Reception staff were always busy on the computer and completed what they needed to do before even acknowledging your presence, except one lovely young lady with long dark hair! The hotel did not have restaurants nearby and at least a ten minute walk to a small supermarket. The metro is reasonably close but this area is really just residential. We did discover some great streets in Kreuzberg but a 20 minute walk at least - great markethall. Maybe some information in the room about metro, bus, restaurants, supermarkets, the excellent market would assist. We got different information every time we asked a question at reception and basically worked out our own way to get places instead of seeking advice - metro was good to navigate and we could walk to checkpoint Charlie.

Disliked: - Two beds instead of a double bed, and it was MOVING as you lean- No WiFi in the entire hotel - neither in the room nor in the lobby- Luggage storage was open and a lot of the time, unattended

Liked: Comfortable, spacious, bright rooms. Helpful staff, a nice outdoor space and pool. It's in a good location and easy to access most of Kreuzberg.
Disliked: Air conditioning was too weak personally, we regularly found ourselves sleeping with windows open because it was simply too hot. WiFi only worked in lobby.

Liked: The hotel is modern, room was clean, with beautiful bathroom and a pleasant atmosphere. I appreciate the good location. A big plus is also the possibility of free parking in the surrounding streets.
Disliked: What disappointed me, however, was the non-functioning WiFi throughout the stay - I really wouldn't expect that nowadays, especially at this price. And while things can go wrong, I missed at least some small apology from the hotel, like an invitation for coffee or similar attention. I also missed a minibar or at least a small fridge in the room.
