The hotel itself is really...

Liked: The property itself is very nice, comfortable, nice to also have a bar, rooms are pretty
Disliked: The location. The only neighborhood in Paris where I actually felt disgusted and unsafe. Going out of the hotel was like going to a ghetto. I don’t see a reason to come to a vacation in Paris and stay in the most scary and dirty area.

Overall great experience at the...

Liked: I honestly think the hotel is great from every point of view and want to say thank you to the staff for the great management! Shops and bakeries nearby.
Disliked: A shuttle or parking/spot to stop by the hotel. The location is good for getting to Gare du Nord but the surrounding area is very scary (at least for women). It was hard for Ubers and taxis to stop in front of the hotel.
