Superb

Liked: excellent room, lobby, comfortable beds.
Disliked: the shower good have been better.

A beautiful spot in central...

Liked: The hotel was very clean, and staff were excellent. Location is super.Breakfast each morning was also great, so much choice.We had a drink and sat in the courtyard, which was also pleasant.
Disliked: They have a small, but very beautiful bat, however this is unmanned, you ring a bell which is fine but we waited at least 10 minutes. After we got our drink there was no one around to ask for another.

Excellent hotel and very friendly...

Liked: The Location is excellent, a short walking distance to all the main attractions. The staff were very friendly and spoke many languages. The breakfast itself was fresh, plentiful and lots of options
Disliked: Cant think of a thing. One of the elevators wasn't working for a time but no big deal.

Liked: Location was excellent as just a few minutes off the bus route from the train station and really close to all the major tourist spots. Premium room was spacious and the bathroom fully equipped. It felt very high quality for the price, and I would recommend to friends and family visiting Bruges.
Disliked: The pillows on the bed were all square and I would usually prefer rectangular pillows for sleeping but it was still a very comfortable stay.

Fabulous stay, beautiful property and...

Liked: Beautiful property, fabulous attentive service for all staff. Very spacious rooms with beautiful decor and high ceilings - lovely breakfast choice and great courtyard area. Excellent parking facilities and great location - would definitely stay there again.

Pretty hotel, old-world charm

Liked: Lovely decor, comfy rooms, great location, most of the staff were really helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast spread especially pancakes.
Disliked: Bit inconvenient to have the WC (but no sink) separate from the rest of the bathroom. Some issues with hot water flow in the bathroom. Didn’t expect to find just a small steam bath when the staff said at check-in that the hotel has a “hamam”!To adjust the air conditioning temperature in the room, one needs to call reception each time.

Disappointing

Liked: The staff was nice and breakfast was good.
Disliked: I found the bedroom we had very disappointing for a 4 starts hotel. It was at the back of the hotel. One goes out of the main building, crosses the parking and there is a small building. The room was overlooking the parking. It was dark and the furniture was tired. At best it fits a 3 starts hotel.
