Good

Liked: Location, self service bar, comfortable bed.
Disliked: Price is quite high, room is small, shower and sink is just next to your bed, very uncomfy graffiti wall and concrete ceiling creates the feeling that you are sleeping in cellar or on street. Quite worn off uncomfy pillows. No kettle in room. There was a TV but no remote control anywhere in the room.

Liked: The hotel has a unique „Urban” look, which i think sadly was created to mask some inadequacies.
Disliked: The hotel page on booking says deffinetly that all taxes and other additional payments are included in the place. However, when checking in we had to pay additional fee (tax) of 9 euro. Since we booked hotel in the middle of the night as an emergency we accepted the fee, however it is a blatant abuse and booking should do something about it.Hotel itself had a cool urban „vibe”. However i Think it was created to distract you from things like shower cabin inside the room (which is an akward sight when you for instancje travel with anyone who is not your romantic partner), toilet in a separate room that triggers air conditioning for some reason whenever you use it).

Great value, trendy hotel in...

Liked: Great little hotel in central Eindhoven. Very close to lots of shops, bars, restaurants - anything you could need during your stay. Despite the central location the hotel is fairly quiet and tucked away, so shielded from outside noise.
Disliked: Depending on where your room is, it can be a little loud when other guests are returning to their rooms at night. But this is to be expected, especially on a weekend.

Liked: Whole hotel is well presented and modern, and also very functional. Comfy bed and very quiet considering it's location next to a vibrant area with restaurants and bistros.
Disliked: No restaurant for breakfast but there is a good self service area selling snacks. The shower is in the bedroom so may not be suitable for people sharing if not a couple.

Disliked: 30,- € a day for indoor parking.

Very poor

Liked: The bedding is comfortable and the hotel is well positioned
Disliked: Shower drain was clogged and water has overflowing inside the room. Only the managers understood the issue but still the house keeping and maintenance stuff questionned us (they didn't even have the right to address us), no spare room was dispatched until next morning so we spent all night drying the room with the night manager and our morning was spoiled with the stuff. Wasted our holiday and we didn't get any apology whatsoever.

Everything is great

Liked: It's a great place, and the hospitality is so great. The receptionist is so warm and helpful. Lucky me, I was early check-in without any cost.
Disliked: It's better if there's a hairdryer. Everything else is the best.
