Good

Liked: Clean and quiet with comfortable beds, big windows and air conditioning.
Disliked: We really wanted to have fridge to use but it wasn’t working. Not the business’s fault but the walk to and from the train station is not pretty.

Liked: Nice large room and bathroom, both very clean. Very friendly and professional staff. Quiet (back of the building). GREAT aircon (we were there during a heatwave and really appreciated it). Separate locked luggage room also appreciated as the many lockers at the train station are often faulty or full.
Disliked: No minibar in the room, just a fridge - you order from a limited list or collect from a vending machine downstairs. Walking distance from Brussels Zuid/Midi station so not in the nicest area, but not the worst, either - and the closer you walk to the centre, the nicer it gets.
