Liked: The bedroom and ensuite were clean and comfortable. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I emailed the hotel when booking to ask about vegan options for breakfast. They confirmed that there would be but when we went for breakfast the first day there was nothing. They said they would provide for the following day but they just provided almond milk. We had to source vegan breakfast ourselves.

Liked: The room was a good size with a comfortable bed, decent size tv.
Disliked: There was quite a lot of external noise, even with the window fully closed. Late-night discussions among local residents in the early hours, sometimes right outside the hotel. A few very noisy bikes too. On a couple of occasions we returned in late afternoon and room cleaning was still being done. Cleaning equipment left in the middle of dark corridors was potentially hazardous.

Liked: Location was excellent, walkable distance to Buzenval and Nation Metro stations. We stayed in room 1 which was next to reception and faced the front of the building. The room inside was excellent. really clean and modern. Ensuite bathroom was clean and modern too. Bed was comfy. good value for money. Would recommend and definitely stay again.
Disliked: We stayed in room 1 which was next to reception and faced the front of the building. The room was a bit nosiy as it is on the ground floor at street level and noise from comings and goings at reception. The only other thing we didn't like was there was no lock on the inside of the door to lock once inside.

Liked: I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The place was nice and clean, and the bed was quite comfortable! What really stood out was the staff. They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with my luggage, especially since there’s no lift in the hotel.
Disliked: The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the nearest metro station, which is convenient, but the surrounding area isn’t particularly lively. One important thing to note is that there’s no lift, so if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues, it might be a challenge. That said, the hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful.
