The hotel's location is incredible...

Disliked: The bed was a bit uncomfortable, the shower/tub needs a safety bar and being on the top floor with no available elevator was challenging.

Good location, but at the...

Liked: The location was absolutely amazing! We were close to food, sights, and shopping in old quebec. The staff were extremely kind and helpful with eating suggestions and were always checking on us. Once we got there, we were created with an array of snacks and drinks free of charge. Overall, I would recommend!
Disliked: Since the building is historic, there were a lot of issues with plumbing. While showering, the water would randomly turn extremely hot, practically burning our skin. Also every flush of the toilet, be ready to wait at least 5 minutes in between flushes (takes about 2-3 tries). This was a serious issue since we wanted to have a comfortable place to shower, and use the bathroom during our daily adventures. Finally I will say to NOT BRING WHITE TOWELS! They will unintentionally steal it! (Although, not hard feelings because it was an old and unimportant towel). Parking is pricey and you will risk damaging your car. My boyfriend’s brand new car now had a marvelous scratch due to the very narrow parking spots.

Liked: Location
Disliked: I was put at the very top and found it hard to climb stairs. I told staff and they didn't try to help in any way. Bathroom was so tiny you could hardly turn around. I could only see half of the TV on my side of the bed. Power went off for awhile because someone used a hair dryer. Wiring was a fire hazard.

Disliked: Small bed, which made lots of noiseNo ventilation in the bathroom, which causes the steam and smell to stay in.No elevators, must carry the luggage 3 or 4 story utilizing narrow and steep staircase
