Liked: The room was quite small. The setting, furniture and bathroom of the bedroom was quite old/used, comfort level for the paid price below the expectations. The quality/price ratio was not good, it was far too expensive for the offered comfort level.

Disliked: The hotel was overpriced for the facilities offered.There wasn't basic things like tea coffee or hot water kettle in room,though kettle was provided upon request

A fascinating trip to "Imperial"...

Liked: Hotel is situated in a very peaceful neighbourhood in close proximity to Vienna's main attractions. Rooms were very clean and recently rennovated. Breakfast with satisfying variety of goods that surely satisfy everyone's preferences. Each member of the staff was very polite and friendly with us. Finally, we would like to send our friendly wishes to the polite lady at the reception, with the broken arm, for her recovery as soon as possible.
Disliked: Nonthing to mention.
