Woken up multiple times every...

Liked: Location. Elevator.
Disliked: Unbelievably noisy at all hours. Terrible mattress , pillows and bedding.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Was told would get room in back. Was placed in room over busy street and street lights and lights on building shined right into room. Also very intense cleaner smell that was over powering.
