Great location with lovely friendly...

Liked: Lovely old building. Great location away from the really busy centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The walls were a bit thin (old building) so you could hear the people next door.

Liked: The location was great right next to the canal and offers a wonderful view. Breakfast is really good and staff is very friendly.
Disliked: Not much but something minor only which can be overlooked but our comforter on the bed was a bit dirty.

Liked: Whilst the hotel is a little way from the main square it is only minutes to walk. It is also in a quiet location. The building has lots of old world charm which we just loved. The breakfast buffet was a 10 out of 10.What really made our stay enjoyable, were the charming and friendly staff.
Disliked: Nothing to write here

Liked: Beautiful design, great location - few minutes walk to the city center (Belfort), canal view, excellent breakfast with plenty options, very friendly staff, good wifi connection

The right setup for a...

Liked: Location was great, walking to Market Square takes 7-8 minutes. Hotel was built right next to the canal, away from the hustle bustle of the Market Square, with an old world charm. Breakfast was in a cosy setup with window facing canal. A very good selection for buffet breakfast that can definitely fuel you up for the day! Helpful and friendly staff who is often there to assist.
Disliked: The toiletries provided was too exotic with a strong musky smell, which covered the room when entered. With someone like me that have a sensitive nose, it was too strong & stifling, almost can’t breathe.

Disliked: The fact that the bed was two twins pushed together and it had a big decide in the middle. Totally unexceptionable for a hotel. Definitely would have changed room if one was available. Totally unacceptable to sell this room as oversized bed, terrible.The staff wasn’t forthcoming with local events happening in the square and we missed food trucks and shops. Our TV didn’t work at all and from the looks of it it had been that way for awhile. The staff wasn’t forthcoming unable to comp us a breakfast or do anything in compensation except offer drinks and we don’t drink. Our hotel was the biggest disappointment of our stay in Bruges.
