Liked: GREAT location! Staff from front desk to valet were all genuinely friendly. The complimentary water bottles were a huge plus, as well as the breakfast burritos. They weren't great, but nice to get in a quick, free meal to start the day. Bathroom had HUGE counter space: definitely a plus!
Disliked: CHEAP toilet paper and tissues, like using sand paper. My nose and face got so red and dry from using it. The "Superior Queen with Balcony" room was underwhelming. The balcony is SHARED; never seen that before in my life, it just wraps around the floor and connects to other rooms. So odd and wasn't detailed anywhere. The bed was a bit too hard, shower a bit small with soft water pressure, tub too shallow for any decent soaking.

Excellent hotel! Location and Aesthetics...

Liked: Staff was warm and welcoming. I received an upgrade however I saw a socks under on the floor in the corner when I was looking for my earring which means it was not cleaned entirely. I was so tired to complain about it and the amenities offered made up for it was a plus, so I ignored it. Maybe because I was exhausted from my flight and I had to get ready to head out for me not acknowledging it. I still would recommend this hotel for location, aesthetic and staff hospitality.
Disliked: Room was not cleaned entirely.

Great location, friendly, and helpful...

Liked: We were extremely pleased with our stay. The hotel was conveniently located and the staff, especially Natalie, were extremely helpful in finding places to eat and pointing us in the right direction. I asked for a corner room away from the elevator and was so pleased they were able to fulfill my request. It was my nephew‘s birthday, and they left a sweet note with a couple of treats. I would not hesitate to book this hotel again in the future.
