Excellent hotel! Location and Aesthetics...

Liked: Staff was warm and welcoming. I received an upgrade however I saw a socks under on the floor in the corner when I was looking for my earring which means it was not cleaned entirely. I was so tired to complain about it and the amenities offered made up for it was a plus, so I ignored it. Maybe because I was exhausted from my flight and I had to get ready to head out for me not acknowledging it. I still would recommend this hotel for location, aesthetic and staff hospitality.
Disliked: Room was not cleaned entirely.

Great location, friendly, and helpful...

Liked: We were extremely pleased with our stay. The hotel was conveniently located and the staff, especially Natalie, were extremely helpful in finding places to eat and pointing us in the right direction. I asked for a corner room away from the elevator and was so pleased they were able to fulfill my request. It was my nephew‘s birthday, and they left a sweet note with a couple of treats. I would not hesitate to book this hotel again in the future.

Liked: Friendly helpful staff, beautiful top floor corner room, perfect location.
Disliked: The staff. Fantastic people! Old building, lots of character.

The best, all staff were...

Liked: Location was perfect. The burrito breakfast was excellent. When arriving the front desk clerk had upgraded us to a king bed, had a bottle of Prosecco in our refrigerator and accommodated a late check out at 1 o’clock.
Disliked: Bathroom sink, drained extremely slowly and should be cleaned out.

Liked: Loved everything about the property especially the free car service for short local trips. Jeffrey was a great valet and special thanks to him and Natalie.

Returning customer to a great...

Liked: Great location. More comfortable environment than the larger hotels. Fantastic staff.
Disliked: Originally allocated room was on the back of the hotel which had extractor fan noise. I asked for more rooms in the front, which was immediately offered.
