A pleasant place to stay...

Liked: It’s centrally located, walking distance to restaurants and DPA. The room was comfortable and friendly staff.
Disliked: Besides coffee in the lobby, there’s no tea or milk options.The complementary breakfast burrito is ok, not great!

Disappointing and expensive.

Liked: Great location. Lovely staff. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Appears to be run on a shoestring. For example, room cleaning only on request. Very expensive for such a basic hotel. Found a dead cockroach in one of the rooms. Rooms very dated.

Disliked: Staff miscommunication problems in the hotel from the valet parking guys to the front desk lady , restaurant . Everyone seems lost and not knowing what they are doing .
