Liked: Nice and trendy hotel, perfect location, friendly staff. Breakfastformula was nice but pretty stressful for the staff to get in done...but they did it with a smile :)

Great location in old town,...

Liked: Room had a great river view and huge bed. Was very comfortable. The lady at the reception was amazing. So helpful and kind. The location was outstanding.

Modern and comfortable with excellent...

Liked: From the moment we walked in, the staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. The design of the hotel is modern with a beautiful mix of architecture and design features from historical Bilbao. Having the cafe next door was very handy as well. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more. We’ll be staying here again on our next trip to Bilbao!
