Superb
Liked: The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and cosy. The metro station is just 2 minutes away and you can buy tickets from the reception. For animal lovers there is a "Cats & Coffee" lounge just across the street.

Prague is full of beautiful...
Liked: The location, near JZP metro, very central.
Disliked: The hotel was very dated, we were given a room in the back building, below street level, facing a little courtyard where the trash bins and the supply vans where parked. We could not open the drapes due to lack of privacy and noise. The staff was not courteous. They openly ignored us when we were at the check in counter. Breakfast was also quite mediocre.

Stuck in the 1990s, but...
Liked: First of all - this is excellent value for money. The room was clean, it was comfortable, the hotel is in the wider city center with underground and ground public transportation available. The personnel was nothing but polite and helpful, breakfast was included in the price, so there isn’t much one can complain about. For the price, this was a very good deal. On its own merits, that would be a very different story altogether.I need to also stress that I asked for a quiet room and was thus put on the penultimate floor thus shielded from the noisy street down below. Well played, hotel! The hotel has limited parking spaces for 20 eur/night which I find bordering on adequate but travelers need to be cautioned that this is in Vinohrady: everything is very tight and the driver will need a very steady hand driving into the yard. I would still rate this as good, mostly for the value-for-money aspect and I did rather enjoy my stay.
Disliked: OK, so…this hotel has mentally, technologically and as far as the furnishing goes stayed deep in the 1990s. I don’t mind, especially given the value-for-money aspect but a more picky traveler will definitely have issues. I didn’t appreciate the fact that the extra bed was, albeit folded, in the room. Why? This takes space from the already small room and is not esthetically pleasing at all. The room didn’t have an ironing board and an iron as could legitimately be expected in a 4-star establishment, but to be fair, ironing board was not listed on the site, so that is 100% fair. The breakfast can only be described as an abandoned child of the 90s, I am very sorry. The scrambled eggs were fine, the fried eggs were tolerable, but the coffee was weak and just disgusting and unappealing. The seating area was…it’s a corridor with tables. Again - stuck in 1990s and what makes this good is only the price aspect.
