Exceptional

Nice hotel, good value and...

Liked: Breakfast was super good, with lot of choices. They did an effort to switch some things of the menú everyday. Location was really good, walking distance to very nice restaurants and iconic places like the tv tower. Metro station was 5 minutes walk and 2 stops to the city center. Staff was kind, suggested restaurants, handed over umbrellas and coordinated transportation in a timely manner. We had a minor electricity disruption and staff coordinated a technician that fixed the issue in the following 60 minutes. Weather was warm so we had to use the fans provided by the hotel, but it was not uncomfortable. Fully recommended
Disliked: Floor was creaking when you walked in the room. Some of the window frames need maintenance.

You can be fully satisfied...

Liked: The location is perfect – very close to a subway station and the city center. The rooms are clean and the employees are polite and careful.
Disliked: It's definitely not a four-star hotel. No bathrobes, no slippers, and breakfast is below the standards. But that was the cheapest hotel in the area, so it's value for money.

Comfortable stay

Liked: Breakfast as always, 24hrs reception, comfortable (firly firm this time) bed.
Disliked: First time ever did I stay on the first floor in the front, and as I sleep with the window open, the traffic noise became a problem at times. Will try to specify a quiet room at the back next time top be sure.

Superb

Liked: Very nice, comfy hotel for good price. Great location - you have metro and tram withing 3 mins of walk, lots of cafés, restaurants etc. nearby and the hotel is really near the new as well as old city center. I appreciate the option of digital digital self check in in advance. Saves a lot of time. You can also order e.g. prosecco to the room for fair price. The room was spacious, clean with really comfy beds, bathroom ok too. Breakfast was standard, quite wide range of everything, however nothing really special. The only negative was poor coffee.
Disliked: If you have room to the street, count with some noise coming from there.

Disliked: We booked different room on booking , different pictures and we got room behind breakfast place, since I have been here twice before I knew what we were supposed to get, but…
