We only stayed for 2...

Liked: Breakfast was good. There was always parking available for me, and I was reassured that if it was full they would sort an underground parking space for me.We were downgraded from the executive room to a double room due to the air conditioning not working and I found the double room in better shape than the executive room. (not great to be downgraded but at least we were able to sleep the second night)
Disliked: The air conditioning didn't work during our first night in the executive room. It was the hottest night of the year.The person in reception only suggested they would send a technician the next day when the issue was brought up that night.The person in reception the next day gave us a discount and downgraded us to a smaller room but one with aircon. (not bad but nothing really improves the experience of staying for 2 nights and not being able to sleep through the first one)

Brilliant for an overnight stay.

Liked: Breakfast was fine, restaurant closed but the Italian next door was brilliant.
Disliked: Restaurant open for supper.Lorries leaving at 3.00am

Disliked: The pillow quality is much below average in the market

Would not hesitate to stay...

Liked: Wonderful staff - friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent breakfast!
