Very good

Smaller and noisier than expected.

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: The rooms are way smaller than what they look and the walls between them are too thin - you can hear the guests next door. And if you're in the middle rooms, worse cause you'll hear two rooms.Also, we were offered a room with a city view. Well, we didn't think it was worth it.

Good

Liked: Hard bed, had to go out onto the balcony to see the view, but other than that no complaints!

Exceptional

Liked: Location, comfort, cleanliness, staff very friendly and helpful, 2 very good restaurants (one on the roof and another just across the street)It was my third stay in this hotel.
Disliked: It is not part of the hotel, but the restaurant on the roof 'Terraza Quintal' can be closed an hour sooner than official time.

Liked: Great location, helpful staff and very clean rooms.
Disliked: No luggage racks and no kleenex tissues in the room. View from our window was awful- part of a dilapidated building.
