Disliked: Reception and restaurant staff spoke no English. We relied on the reception manager who spoke excellent English for any information needed . She was very helpful. Rooftop a bit cold and impersonal.

Liked: Central location to the Puebla Zocalo, museums and restaurants. Nice coffee shop associated with the hotel.
Disliked: Week wifi signal was very frustrating for us. The rooftop restaurant was overpriced. We did discover a roach one evening when we returned, but it wasn't a major deal for us. The room was overall clean and well serviced.
