Liked: I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Terminal Poniente.
Disliked: The maps do not reflect clear routes of access if walking there because some roads are of different levels and uncrossable. No restaurants nearby; only ambulant taco stalls.

Liked: Room was a nice size and bed was comfortable
Disliked: Noisy, and didn’t feel safe as a lone woman traveler. Sex toys brochure found in the room, which wasn’t exactly what I was looking for during my overnight stay.

Liked: I arrived at 1am because my flight was late in the night and they told me that the room I booked had been sold because they didn't see me coming before 7pm. Even if I notify them with an email about my late check in at 8pm.
Disliked: The receptionist Salina Gonzalez wasn't able to speak a word in English. She didn't try at all to help but only to sell me a room that cost double the price of the one I booked. Totally useless. I ended up walking with luggages in the middle of the night looking for an other hotel around. Big Thanks to Hotel Lirio instead, that has been able to offer me a last minute cheap solution that definitely was a good deal for the value. Go to Hotel Lirio!
