Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Whenever and whatever we asked them, they always responded with a smile and gave us the feeling of being welcomed. The room was fantastic and the breakfast very good. The hotel itself is located close to all main attractions, so it was very easy to visit the museums and monuments we were interested in. I can fully recommend this hotel.
Disliked: Nothing special. The internet connection in the room was broken but they fixed it immediately once we asked the for support. Well done.

Liked: Brilliant location & quiet too. Lovely building with inner courtyard type garden area - lovely breakfast room. Great staff too.

Lovely and relaxing but not...

Liked: Lovely building. Welcoming friendly staff. Fabulous breakfast.
Disliked: Bathroom felt small. Shower in bath was awkward to access because of position of toilet. Room didn’t feel luxurious although bed very comfortable.

Great short stay

Liked: This is a great hotel for a stay in Antwerp, located less than 5 minutes walk from the Main square and cathedral. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the staff are cheerful and helpful, and the breakfast buffet has everything you could want.
Disliked: Perhaps another mirror in the room.
